Remote Revenue Operations Specialist
eXp World Holdings Inc.
Manage revenue workflows remotely across Canada using deal tracking, CRM systems, and Google Sheets. Support accurate transactions from lead assignment through closing.
As Revenue Operations Specialist at eXp Realty, you will support lead management, transaction coordination, revenue tracking, and agent support. Work with agents, leadership, and internal systems within a technology-driven real estate environment. Maintain operational accuracy, improve workflow efficiency, and increase visibility across transaction and revenue lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain deal tracking systems and operational workflows
Process commission structures, agent splits, and referral fees
Track leads and transaction progress through closing
Support agents with transaction processes and operational questions
Maintain automations using Zapier, n8n, CRMs, and Google Sheets
Requirements:
Experience managing transaction workflows and deal trackers
Experience reviewing commissions, referral fees, or revenue allocations
Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel formulas
Experience maintaining accurate CRM records across platforms
Familiarity with Zapier or n8n automation tools
