You will supervise planting, lowering, harvesting, and sanitation while coaching employees on procedures, quality standards, safety, and policies. Plan and supervise daily greenhouse labour activities
Lead teams through planting, harvesting, and sanitation

Requirements:

Minimum two years of relevant experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required
