Lead process mapping and redesign as a Process Excellence Consultant supporting Canadian Banking Operations. This 12-month role includes an initial AI screening.
FP Inc. seeks a consultant with 3–5 years in process excellence, transformation, operational improvement, consulting, or project delivery. You will analyze workflows, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and implement measurable solutions in banking or another regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Map current processes and design future-state workflows
Facilitate workshops to define problems and practical solutions
Prioritize and implement high-impact improvement opportunities
Develop business cases, benefits estimates, and recommendations
Manage risks, dependencies, milestones, and benefit realization
Requirements:
Three to five years of relevant professional experience
End-to-end process mapping, redesign, and optimization expertise
Banking, financial services, fintech, or regulated-environment experience
Microsoft Office and Visio or Blueworks proficiency
Undergraduate degree in a related discipline
