Procurement Coordinator Manufacturing Operations

Procurement coordination and inventory management define this on-site Edmonton opportunity with Armtec. Support manufacturing operations across Canada through accurate purchasing and supplier communication.
As Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator, you will report to the Purchasing Manager and coordinate daily purchasing activities. The work includes sourcing materials, reconciling purchase orders, monitoring inventory, and supporting production planning. You will also provide pricing information, track shipments, and help improve supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Source materials, components, equipment, services, and finished goods
Create, manage, reconcile, and expedite purchase orders
Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment activities
Support forecasting, transfers, shipment tracking, and inventory planning
Identify supplier risks, savings, and process improvements
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in supply chain, procurement, business, or related studies
Experience in manufacturing or industrial procurement, purchasing, or inventory management
Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory management, and production planning
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Analytical, accurate, independent, and collaborative working approach
