SAP ECP Payroll Manager

SAP/ECP Payroll expertise drives this six-month Payroll Manager assignment at FP Inc., focused on year-end execution and payroll accuracy. Advanced Excel and UAT skills are central.
This payroll-focused position requires three-plus years as a Payroll Manager, Payroll Lead, Business Analyst, or equivalent. You will manage SAP/ECP processing, tax forms, reconciliations, testing, and documentation. The work supports compliant, repeatable year-end payroll activities and collaboration across Payroll Operations, Tax, Finance, Technology, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP/ECP payroll year-end planning, reconciliation, and close
Process regular and off-cycle payroll runs and postings
Validate T4, T4A, RL-1 forms and electronic filings
Investigate payroll system problems and resolve discrepancies
Maintain audit trails for amendments, cancellations, and reissues
Requirements:
Three-plus years in a payroll-focused position
Hands-on SAP/ECP Payroll processing and year-end experience
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and macros
Experience planning and executing User Acceptance Testing
Required SAP/HCM payroll certification
