Marine Security Operations Coordinator

Lead marine security and emergency coordination at Canada Place in Vancouver, applying decision-making, compliance, and operational planning expertise. This full-time, permanent position supports secure cruise terminal activity.
SSA Marine Canada Ltd. is hiring a Coordinator, Cruise Services to serve as the primary operational resource during assigned shifts. The position reports to the Supervisor, Cruise Operations and supports security plans, audits, drills, inspections, and emergency preparedness. You will help maintain regulatory, safety, environmental, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Marine Facility Security Officer program
Contribute to security plans, audits, drills, and exercises
Promote health, safety, security, and environmental compliance
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Represent SSA Marine during inspections and emergency exercises
Requirements:
Education in security, emergency management, operations, or related field
Minimum five years in security, emergency management, or operations
Working knowledge of emergency management principles
Working knowledge of marine security regulations
Ability to uphold compliance standards amid changing demands
Bring marine security knowledge, emergency preparedness, and compliance leadership to SSA Marine’s Vancouver cruise operations.
