CNC Operator Powermill Programming
Mega Mold International
Program and operate CNC machinery at Mega Mold in Windsor, Ontario, using Powermill and 3D computer models. This is full-time, permanent work.
The CNC Operator produces precision components by generating, loading, and examining CNC programs. The position involves setting tools, loading materials, machining components, and inspecting completed work. Candidates must bring strong CNC experience, measuring skills, and attention to fine tolerances.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, load, and examine CNC programs
Set up tools and load materials onto CNC machines
Machine precision components from 3D computer models
Inspect components to the authorized level
Report errors and suggest improvements
Requirements:
Minimum five years of CNC Operator experience
Ability to program 3D CNC using Powermill
Ability to work with fine tolerances and various materials
Ability to use varied measuring equipment
Own tools and flexibility to work various shifts
Bring Powermill programming, CNC operation, and precision inspection skills to Mega Mold’s Windsor manufacturing team.
