Agricultural Equipment Service Technician

Diagnose agricultural equipment in Brooks, Alberta, using mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Vanee Farm Centre Inc. seeks a Heavy Duty Mechanic or Agricultural Equipment Mechanic/Service Technician reporting to the Service Manager. You will repair and maintain machinery, complete inspections, document work, and communicate solutions to customers. The role supports field service, equipment setup, and seasonal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair agricultural and heavy-duty equipment
Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic repairs
Complete preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
Use diagnostic tools to identify equipment faults
Document repairs, parts, and completed work accurately
Requirements:
Agricultural Equipment Technician or Heavy Equipment Technician apprenticeship preferred
All apprenticeship levels and experience considered
Valid driver’s licence with clean driving record
Strong mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills
Availability for flexible hours and on-call rotation
