Financial Planning Associate Analyst

Support financial planning advice at Edward Jones through research and analysis while helping Canadian advisors deliver practical client guidance.
As an Associate Analyst, you will support the Canada Financial Planning team across advice, guidance, standards, processes, tools, and client experiences. You will work with Senior Analysts and stakeholders across Financial Planning, Learning, Experience, Brand Marketing, Service, Compliance, Legal, and Operations. The work focuses on relevant, effective planning support aligned with industry trends and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and develop financial planning advice and guidance
Translate advice into standards, processes, and client experiences
Analyze data and communicate insights to governance committees
Maintain reports, articles, seminars, and website content
Support presentations for branch teams and client opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Three to five years of relevant financial services experience
Knowledge of financial planning disciplines or planning tools
Strong research, analysis, writing, and presentation abilities
Collaborative relationship-building and systems-thinking capabilities
