Go-To-Market Business Development Associate

Support EY’s Canadian Tax go-to-market priorities with organized campaign coordination, stakeholder communication, and AI-enabled productivity. Keep plans, approvals, resources, and key deliverables moving across internal teams.
In this Senior Associate role, you will connect people, capabilities, and market opportunities through Tax growth enablement. Your work spans business development programs, marketing activities, internal and external materials, project tracking, and stakeholder engagement. Collaboration includes the core Tax Marketing team and BMC, Communications, Digital, Creative, Translation, and SCORE.
Key Responsibilities:
Support execution of Tax growth and business development programs
Coordinate go-to-market materials through development and production
Maintain status trackers, action items, and project timelines
Identify potential roadblocks and escalate issues when appropriate
Use emerging technologies to improve productivity and ways of working
Requirements:
One to three years in business development, communications, or coordination
Experience coordinating campaigns, projects, events, or stakeholder activities
Comfort using AI and emerging technologies for productivity
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Post-secondary related education is an asset
