As a Graduate Cost Advisory Consultant, you will support Cost and Risk Advisory engagements across transportation, energy, water, and urban planning. The work combines stakeholder consultation, project data review, construction cost estimating, financial modeling, and lifecycle assessment. You will help prepare evidence-based recommendations for infrastructure projects while developing consulting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with developers, agencies, financiers, and design professionals
Review project data, studies, plans, and contextual issues
Prepare cost estimates, schedules, risk models, and financial analyses
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and design documents
Develop client reports, presentations, and recommendations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, economics, business, or finance
Strong interest in infrastructure development, delivery, or operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
No more than twelve months’ comparable full-time experience
Build graduate advisory experience through infrastructure cost estimating, risk analysis, stakeholder engagement, and client recommendations at Arup.
