Registered Nurse opportunities in Hardisty combine patient-centered care with acute, emergency, and continuing care nursing across a small-town health centre.
At Hardisty Health Centre, Registered Nurses assess, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive care in Long-Term Care and ER/Acute departments. Nurses supervise staff under CRNA practice standards while supporting patients, families, communities, and populations. Critical thinking, decision-making, and collaboration guide safe, holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and coordinate comprehensive nursing care
Deliver patient and family centered care
Supervise staff according to CRNA standards
Teach, counsel, and advocate for patients
Support integrated health promotion and maintenance
Requirements:
Accredited nursing education program completion
Active or eligible CRNA registration and practice permit
Current BCLS-HCP certification
Two years’ recent RN experience within five years
Three years’ charge nurse experience and wound care experience
