Key Responsibilities:
Complete day-to-day repairs and preventative maintenance
Inspect building systems, equipment, grounds, and pool
Coordinate contractors and oversee maintenance and housekeeping staff
Keep supplies stocked and maintenance records organized
Respond to urgent maintenance issues as needed
Requirements:
At least three years of building maintenance experience
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
Supervisory experience or contractor coordination experience is an asset
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize work independently and communicate clearly
