Credit Collections Representative Burnaby

Credit and collections expertise drives this full-time Credit Representative position in Burnaby, British Columbia, supporting client portfolios across regional branches. Regular status.
Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will manage high-volume business-to-business collections for Guillevin’s regional client portfolio. The work includes collection calls, financial reviews, credit applications, and account setup. You will also assess risk through Equifax and Dun & Bradstreet reports, process payments, and coordinate receivables updates with branch managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make collection calls and follow up for prompt customer payment
Perform financial reviews to assess credit risk
Process credit card payments in the accounting system
Approve applications and set up new customer accounts
Coordinate receivables updates and resolve branch disputes promptly
Requirements:
Five years’ similar experience handling high-volume business-to-business collections
Experience analyzing Equifax and Dun & Bradstreet reports
Excellent Excel, Word, Outlook, and communication skills
Professional phone manner and conflict-resolution ability
Independent, motivated, results-oriented, and organized approach
