IT Service Coordination Analyst

Coordinate IT service delivery for SASCU in Salmon Arm, monitoring managed providers, service performance, and operational workflows across a full-time schedule.
The Technical Operations Analyst supports daily technology services through vendor coordination and internal visibility. You will monitor service desk performance, analyze delivery metrics, and support incident escalation. The role also contributes to service reviews, governance, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as primary liaison between SASCU and managed service providers
Monitor service desk performance, SLAs, and escalation protocols
Analyze service metrics and trends for performance gaps
Prepare service review insights, analysis, and recommendations
Maintain delivery documentation, reports, and operational workflows
Requirements:
Post-secondary diploma in information technology, business administration, or related field
Four to five years in IT service coordination, vendor support, or operations
Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Experience with managed providers or outsourced IT environments is an asset
