Remote Event Implementation Manager

Lead complex event implementations with EventMobi as a fully remote Event Success Manager serving Canadian customers during Eastern working hours.
This position supports professional event planners and marketers at corporations and associations. You will guide customers from planning and build through live execution and post-event follow-up. Event technology training, relationship-building, and proactive project management are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee events with varied scopes, timelines, and complexity
Manage projects across the complete event lifecycle
Deliver hands-on technical product enablement
Monitor customer health, risks, adoption, and retention
Maintain account and project records in HubSpot
Requirements:

Five or more years coordinating professional B2B events
Hands-on event technology platform experience is required
Ability to explain technical concepts to organizers
Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through
Empathetic, client-focused problem-solving approach
Use event planning, technical training, and project coordination expertise to deliver seamless EventMobi customer experiences.
