As Brand Experience Supervisor, you partner with the Brand Experience Leader to develop associates and deliver consistent consumer experiences. You support sales, operational results, and store growth through leadership, communication, and performance feedback. Your work combines talent development, consumer connections, and execution of daily store activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent
Lead shifts and address consumer, vendor, or maintenance issues
Set daily direction and goals for arriving associates
Demonstrate selling behaviors and personalized product recommendations
Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates
Requirements:

Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail
Proven sales, consumer experience, and operational results
Effective communication and adaptability with feedback
High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
