Manufacturing Account Coordination Specialist
IMT Group
Manufacturing account coordination at IMT Group requires relationship building, delivery tracking, and clear communication across operating departments.
As Customer Success & Commercial Coordinator, you serve as a key link between customers and internal teams. The position supports order status, delivery performance, recovery plans, quality concerns, customer documentation, and portal activity. You will help maintain dependable customer communication across PC Forge and related IMT divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate order status, delivery performance, and recovery plans
Coordinate customer concerns with Quality and operating departments
Maintain agreements, certifications, questionnaires, and commercial documentation
Manage customer portal requests and document uploads
Assist cross-selling across PC Forge, CJ Forge, Elite Finishing, and Elemental
Requirements:
Three to five years in account management or project coordination
Ability to read technical drawings and manufacturing specifications
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Advanced or intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
Conversational French considered an asset
Coordinate manufacturing accounts with accuracy, technical understanding, customer service, and cross-functional follow-through across IMT Group.
