Heavy Equipment Service Advisor

Coordinate heavy equipment repairs in Concord, Ontario, using service scheduling, customer communication, and work-in-progress management skills.
Toromont Cat seeks a Service Advisor for a full-time contract ending June 30, 2027. You will provide technical direction and accountability for equipment repair scheduling. The position supports quotes, timelines, process flow, customer follow-up, and accurate WIP processing across service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule machine repairs and preventative maintenance for technicians
Update and manage Service Scheduler accurately and promptly
Coordinate deadlines with supervisors, MSRs, and PSSRs
Support customers during and after equipment repairs
Review daily WIP for invoicing and KPI support
Requirements:
Minimum post-secondary education
Minimum five years of service operations experience
Ability to maintain accurate repair scheduling records
Ability to support work orders and warranty documentation
Commitment to safe, environmentally sound work behaviours
Bring service operations experience, equipment scheduling, and customer support expertise to Toromont Cat’s Concord service team.
