Serve families, youth, and young adults at Parksville Fellowship Baptist Church through pastoral care, discipleship, and biblical teaching. This full-time role includes fluctuating days and extended hours.
The Pastor to Families is a servant leader overseeing ministry for families, youth, and young adults. Responsibilities include biblical counseling, mentoring, curriculum development, preaching, and leadership training. The position serves under the Lead Pastor and PFBC Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:

Shepherd families, youth, and young adults spiritually
Provide biblical counseling and mentoring relationships
Curate discipleship curriculum and facilitate teaching
Preach weekly to youth and young adults
Recruit, train, and support ministry leaders
Requirements:

Demonstrate mature, spiritually fruitful faith
Meet biblical qualifications for an Elder
Affirm PFBC Articles of Faith
Preferably have two years ministry experience
Have counseling training or willingness to take courses
Pastor families, youth, and young adults through biblical counseling, discipleship, preaching, and servant leadership at PFBC.
