Experience leading and motivating a team to meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team
Confidence in driving membership sales through marketing, social media, community outreach, and relationship building
A results-driven mindset and motivation to succeed in a salary-plus-performance-bonus environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
An enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly attitude
A genuine passion for health, fitness, and wellness
