Coordinate international logistics with suppliers, freight forwarders, and licensed partners while managing purchase orders, shipments, and final deliveries. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Reporting to the International Division, the International Logistics Coordinator oversees goods, production, and orders for licensed partners and La Vie en Rose Trading. The work combines shipment monitoring, invoice validation, customs documentation, reporting, and communication. French and English support international coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Follow up daily on ocean freight bookings with suppliers
Coordinate freight forwarder bookings and monitor international shipments
Validate supplier, freight, and logistics-related invoices
Prepare customs documentation for licensed partners
Analyze logistics data and recommend process improvements
Requirements:

College diploma in transportation, logistics, or related field
Three to five years’ logistics, product coordination, or production experience
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Bilingual French and English communication skills
Experience with ERP systems
Apply international logistics coordination, shipment monitoring, customs documentation, and bilingual communication across La Vie en Rose Trading activities.
