We are looking for a
SCM
Business Analyst
for a
4-month contract position, with possible extensions
in
Calgary, Alberta.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
This position is 100% onsite in downtown Calgary. 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. It is NOT a remote role.
Role Description
The ideal candidate will maintain vendor relationships for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget.
Responsibilities
Support SCM systems and applications, including investigation and resolution of business process and system issues
Support User Acceptance Testing, including development of test scenarios, coordination of testing, defect tracking, and validation of requirements
Analyze business data and system information to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams on system enhancements and project activities
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources, or relevant field required.
2-4 years related experience required.
Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and business processes
Experience supporting system testing, enhancements, and process improvements
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other business applications
Experience with SAP or other enterprise business systems is an asset
Exposure to SCM applications, Source-to-Pay processes, automation, or reporting tools such as Power BI is an asset
