Senior Supply Chain Order Manager
BISSELL Homecare, Inc.
Manage complex order flows for BISSELL’s retail accounts using critical thinking, prioritization, and strong communication skills across supply chain teams.
As a Senior Supply Chain Representative, you will manage Top-10 accounts or higher-level responsibilities under the Retail Accounts Supervisor. The work combines order evaluation, inventory decisions, customer inquiries, metrics, returns, pricing, and Point-of-Sale reporting. Daily coordination spans Sales, Forecasting, Logistics, Distribution, Allocation, Transportation, and Accounts Receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, prioritize, track, and manage customer orders
Coordinate inventory, transportation, allocation, and delivery requirements
Report account metrics and Point-of-Sale information
Resolve deductions, pricing discrepancies, returns, and order changes
Lead customer performance meetings and process improvements
Requirements:
Four-year degree required
Three years of business or supply chain experience preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills
Critical thinking and sound judgment in time-bound decisions
Beginner Microsoft Office experience; advanced Excel is a plus
