Fashion Brand Social Content Manager

This Content and Social Lead shapes how a growing e-commerce brand appears across digital touchpoints. You will create stories around styling, fit, culture, product education, and everyday life, giving audiences reasons to engage beyond products. The position partners with creative, brand, ecommerce, growth teams, creators, and channel owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily management of priority social channels
Plan publishing, community engagement, and channel optimization
Identify emerging formats, trends, and audience opportunities
Coordinate content from briefing through final publishing
Maintain consistent brand experiences across channels
Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of Instagram and TikTok
Demonstrated experience executing always-on content calendars
Experience coordinating marketing and creative production
Strong creative instincts and cultural awareness
Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and collaborative
Use audience insight, creative execution, and social leadership to strengthen American Tall’s relevance and connection.
