Healthcare Project Manager BORN
CHEO
Apply healthcare project management skills to BORN initiatives at CHEO, coordinating schedules, budgets, risks, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
The Project Coordinator contributes to BORN projects within CHEO’s integrated child and youth health system. You will coordinate implementation and evaluation activities while applying project development, process redesign, quality, risk, and monitoring experience. Strong communication skills support consistent execution and project control.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop schedules, activity sequences, durations, dependencies, and deliverables
Monitor budgets, resources, quantities, and overall cost estimates
Collect and disseminate status reports and project documentation
Assess project risks and coordinate mitigation strategies
Support managers and leads with assigned project activities
Requirements:
Three years of related experience minimum
Project management certification preferred
LEAN certification preferred
Microsoft Project experience preferred
French and English bilingualism and Level 1 Criminal Record Check
