Canada Digital Technology Strategy Leader

This senior technology leader defines and executes Canada’s long-term technology strategy and multi-year roadmap. The role partners with internal stakeholders, vendors, and the US-based Center of Excellence. It translates regional business needs into techno-functional requirements supporting market expansion, restaurant openings, and technology improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute Canada’s technology portfolio and roadmap
Design solutions aligned with regional business objectives
Coordinate technology implementation for restaurant grand openings
Define and improve IT service levels
Advocate for Canada-specific needs within global standards
Requirements:
Ten years of required experience
Technology service delivery experience
Experience leading complex technical initiatives and programs
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong communication and relational intelligence
