Remote Technical Program Manager

Drive complex software programs remotely for PointClickCare using strategic alignment, AI-driven analytics, and technical program leadership across product and engineering.
Technical Program Managers connect strategy, delivery, and learning across PointClickCare’s product and engineering ecosystem. You will translate strategy and OKRs into execution plans, orchestrate initiatives spanning platforms and domains, and support measurable customer and business outcomes. This work advances an empowered, product-led organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate strategy and OKRs into coordinated execution plans
Lead initiatives across product, infrastructure, and platform capabilities
Use metrics to surface risks and improve delivery flow
Apply AI-driven analytics to identify bottlenecks and recommendations
Coach teams on autonomous, data-driven operating practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Five or more years leading complex software programs
Three or more years driving multi-team initiatives
Technical fluency with APIs, architectures, and integration patterns
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or equivalents
Use technical fluency, AI tools, and systems thinking to accelerate predictable outcomes as PointClickCare’s remote Technical Program Manager.
