Private Equity Finance Director

Shape Private Equity lending strategies at RBC, combining advanced financial analysis with leadership of Mid-Market Leveraged Finance activities.
This Senior Director role supports Corporate Client Group objectives through structuring, delivery, and management of leveraged lending. You will oversee a national team serving PE owned or backed companies. Your work includes advice on capital structures, risk and return, and broader RBC relationship goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze capital structures for client strategic objectives
Balance transaction risk and return for client strategies
Prepare and present client marketing pitches
Coordinate partnership opportunities across RBC specialized teams
Support initiatives and projects through flexible leadership
Requirements:
Seven or more years of related corporate lending experience
Background in finance, risk management, or leveraged lending
Professional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and time-sensitive deadlines
Previous leadership experience or relevant professional designation preferred
Use Private Equity knowledge, financial judgment, and leadership skills to guide leveraged finance decisions within RBC’s national team.
