Family Office Practice Growth Partner

Shape growth for Fuller Landau LLP’s Family Office practice through client acquisition, team leadership, and integrated wealth advisory expertise.
The Partner, Family Office will drive practice expansion while serving HNW and UHNW families as a trusted advisor. You will develop client relationships, transition or bring business, and identify broader service opportunities. The mandate also includes mentoring people and supporting strategic decisions across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Expand the Family Office practice and attract new clients
Transition client relationships or bring an existing book
Build collaborative relationships across service lines
Lead hiring, retention, coaching, and team development
Support thought leadership, brand building, and practice operations
Requirements:
Ten-plus years advising HNW and UHNW clients
Demonstrated ability to develop enduring client relationships
Existing client portfolio or client-transition track record
Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication capabilities
Entrepreneurial spirit with strong business acumen
Use business development, collaborative leadership, and wealth expertise to help grow Fuller Landau LLP’s multi-family office platform.
