Pillway is Canada's pharmacy infrastructure company and operates licensed pharmacies across Ontario, British Columbia, and Manitoba. This senior role runs day-to-day operations, leading Pharmacy Managers and the intake/processing team to ensure on-time, accurate dispensing and fulfillment.
You will design workflows, SOPs and the operating model for scale, own KPIs, and partner with product/engineering on automation. Ontario licensing and multi-site leadership are essential.
