Director Enterprise Architecture Strategy

As Director of Enterprise Technology Architecture, you will connect business strategy with technology directions over the long term. You will advise leaders, define target-state architectures, and support coherent technology investments. The work spans enterprise, business, and solution architecture, including AI, data, modernization, platforms, and integration.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop business and enterprise architecture strategy
Translate institutional strategy into transformation roadmaps
Advise leaders on investments and enterprise capabilities
Define reference and target-state architectures
Communicate architecture direction and value
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Minimum 15 years of technology or architecture experience
At least five years in senior leadership
Experience with frameworks, capability models, and roadmaps
Ability to influence executives and diverse stakeholders
Lead McGill University’s enterprise architecture strategy with expertise in governance, transformation, technology roadmaps, and executive advisory.
