Global Packaging Compliance Director
DECIEM | THE ABNORMAL BEAUTY COMPANY
Lead global packaging compliance at DECIEM from its Liberty Village office, applying regulatory expertise across labels, materials, and designs.
As Director, Regulatory Affairs - Packaging Compliance - Global, you will guide compliance across DECIEM brands, including The Ordinary, NIOD, and AVESTAN. You will support cosmetics, OTCs, supplements, and home care across European Union, United States, and Canadian markets. The role connects regulatory governance, sustainability, packaging creation, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging creation globally
Ensure labels comply with applicable market regulations
Lead global Extended Producer Responsibility reporting and audits
Establish packaging governance frameworks, SOPs, and training
Mentor Packaging Compliance and Packaging Creation teams
Requirements:
10+ years in Regulatory Affairs
Expertise in global packaging regulations across EU, US, and Canada
Knowledge of materials, EPR, sustainability, and PPWR
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
Bring global regulatory leadership, packaging knowledge, and team development expertise to DECIEM’s evolving beauty portfolio.
