Reporting to the COO, the Senior Vice President will lead Commercial Lines nationally. This executive role focuses on growth strategy, insurer partnerships, profitability, and team leadership. Success requires understanding Canadian insurance markets and influencing enterprise-level decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the national Commercial Lines business strategy
Lead succession planning, talent development, and producer recruitment
Establish producer profitability and sales performance standards
Identify opportunities across industry verticals and client segments
Establish service and client experience standards
Requirements:
Strong leadership and business acumen
Proven success developing and executing growth strategies
Pride of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to influence enterprise-level decisions
Understanding of Canadian insurance markets and trends
