Senior Living Enterprise Sales Director

Close strategic senior living accounts remotely across the USA or Canada, using consultative sales and multi-location expertise. Own large deals personally.
Blacksmith Agency seeks a Regional Sales Director for Senior Living as an individual contributor. You will sell websites, SEO, and paid media to senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities. Qualified meetings come through sales development and inbound channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closes across three to twelve months
Sell to owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders
Open strategic multi-location senior living accounts
Expand signed groups across locations and services
Build major proposals with strategists and leadership
Requirements:
Record of closing $1M+ annually on large enterprise accounts
Experience selling to senior living groups or similar buyers
Background managing long consultative cycles with multiple decision makers
Preference for closing business rather than managing people
Ability to carry a $2M annual quota
