Oracle HCM Core HR Implementation Lead

Shape Oracle HCM Core HR solutions through requirements, configuration, testing, and cutover for Huron clients across U.S. and Canada.
This Manager-level consulting role leads full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Core HR implementations from system familiarization through post go live support. You will conduct fit gap analysis, design workshops, and solution configuration while aligning business requirements with Oracle best practices. The role also supports integrations, data conversions, reporting, and quality across connected HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather requirements and perform fit gap analysis
Design and configure scalable Core HR solutions
Coordinate SIT, UAT, cutover, and post go live support
Oversee Core HR deliverables and workstream execution
Support integrations across Payroll, Benefits, and Talent
Requirements:
Five to seven years in Core HR consulting implementations
Experience as a functional application specialist
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM data conversions
Familiarity with integrations and reporting in Oracle Cloud HCM
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
