Senior Conversational AI Engineer

Build conversational AI in Montreal using Python, LLMs, and machine learning for phone and SMS interactions. Work on-site with product and platform teams.
As a Senior Machine Learning Developer, you will take machine learning and LLM features from prototype through production. You will build systems understanding customer needs and taking action. Your work includes agent tooling, evaluation, serving, and observability infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Build conversational AI systems for customer interactions
Develop memory, knowledge graph, and customization tooling
Train and deploy models with Ray Serve and Dagster
Create evaluations, simulations, and regression checks
Monitor and maintain production models and agents
Requirements:
At least six years of software or machine learning engineering experience
Production experience shipping ML or LLM systems
Strong Python skills and software engineering fundamentals
Experience with model training, deployment, or LLM development
Familiarity with evaluation, serving, monitoring, or ML platforms
Bring senior Python, LLM, and machine learning experience to production conversational AI systems in Montreal.
