School Bus Driver Trainer

Safety-focused Driver Trainer work in Georgetown, Ontario, delivering classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction for school bus drivers part-time.
First Student seeks an experienced school bus driver to train new and existing drivers. You will coach safe driving, evaluate performance, maintain training records, and support candidate onboarding. The work strengthens driver confidence, regulatory compliance, and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom, skills, and on-road training
Provide refresher, remedial, and upgrade instruction
Coach drivers on safety and regulatory compliance
Evaluate performance and maintain accurate training records
Develop targeted plans with local leadership
Requirements:

Valid Class B license or higher with endorsements
Minimum three years of school bus or commercial driving
Clean abstract without recent preventable collisions or violations
Strong communication, mentoring, and coaching abilities
Availability Monday through Friday, including three to four daily hours
