As Principal within Sustainable Energies & Infrastructure Credit, you will evaluate opportunities across renewable power, firm power, infrastructure, digital infrastructure, and conventional energy. You will assess business models, capital structures, sponsor strength, market dynamics, and downside risks while supporting portfolio outcomes and strategy development.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate project economics, business models, and capital structures
Analyze sponsor strength, market dynamics, and key downside risks
Manage legal, technical, tax, accounting, and commercial diligence
Determine pricing, covenants, sizing, and structural protections
Monitor investments and contribute to portfolio performance
Requirements:
Eight-plus years at an investment manager or investment bank
Credit-led approach with strong investment judgment
Experience across several energy and infrastructure verticals
Knowledge of project economics and sector-specific risks
Relevant degree; professional designation such as CFA is an asset
