Technical Program Manager Brokerage

Technical Program Manager expertise meets Brokerage engineering at Robinhood, with AWS knowledge and cross-functional execution central to the work. This hybrid role requires in-person attendance three days weekly in New York or Menlo Park.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive complex engineering programs from kickoff through launch. You will partner with engineering, product, design, customer experience, operations, and Brokerage leadership. The work includes planning, risk management, executive communication, and AI-enabled workflow improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive execution across multiple cross-functional engineering teams
Own plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate product, design, operations, and engineering partners
Write narratives and executive-ready status updates
Shape AI-enabled planning and launch readiness practices
Requirements:
Five-plus years in technical program management or similar work
Strong system design understanding; coding is not required
Working familiarity with AWS and infrastructure concepts
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong ownership, organization, and independent follow-through
Bring technical program leadership, clear communication, and AI curiosity to Robinhood Brokerage in New York or Menlo Park.
