As Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will help manage housekeeping standards across guestrooms, public areas, offices, laundry, lockers, and storage. You will support hiring, training, scheduling, inspections, inventory, maintenance communication, and guest requests. The position requires at least two years of Housekeeping Supervisor experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and presentation according to brand standards
Inspect guestrooms, public areas, laundry, restrooms, and storage
Assign daily tasks and assist with staff scheduling
Coordinate room status communication with Guest Services
Respond promptly to guest requests and follow up
Requirements:

Minimum two years as a Housekeeping Supervisor
Strong leadership, supervision, and decision-making skills
Superior organization, communication, and time management skills
Computer proficiency and effective problem-resolution abilities
