Property Management Product Consultant
Tenantly Property Management Inc.
Remote in Canada, advise Tenantly on property management workflows while applying product evaluation and user experience expertise.
This part-time contract suits an experienced property management professional with at least three years of hands-on experience. You will work with Tenantly’s product development team, explaining operational realities across tenants, contractors, maintenance, reporting, and budgets. Your insights will inform product priorities and feature design.
Key Responsibilities:
Map tenant onboarding and maintenance coordination workflows
Test features and evaluate usability, terminology, and navigation
Identify repetitive tasks, gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
Prioritize features according to property manager needs
Review prototypes and validate proposed solutions
Requirements:
At least three years’ residential or commercial property management experience
Strong understanding of daily property management operations
Experience coordinating tenants, vendors, contractors, and maintenance requests
Familiarity with property management software and digital tools
Ability to explain workflows and provide constructive feedback
