Support Estate and Insurance Advisors at BMO with client service, insurance sales administration, and compliance-focused operations. Work from 100 New Park Place.
This Estate Insurance Associate role supports advisors, clients, and business partners across insurance sales and service activities. You will maintain developing books of business, discuss services, address client issues, and coordinate requests. The position also requires data analysis, tailored communications, accurate information organization, and risk-informed decisions within approved policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Estate and Insurance Advisors with administrative tasks
Build relationships through referrals and marketing initiatives
Address service issues and escalate according to parameters
Analyze performance data and recommend next steps
Develop, edit, and distribute tailored client communications
Requirements:
Three to five years of relevant experience typically
Post-secondary degree in a related field
Life Insurance Licence
Advanced knowledge of Life Insurance and Investment Products
Good communication, organization, collaboration, and analytical skills
Bring Life Insurance expertise, client relationship skills, and sound risk decisions to BMO’s Estate and Insurance support function.
