PUMA Retail Supervisor Sales

Drive PUMA store performance through customer service, sales leadership, and profitability while supporting a high-performing retail team. This position requires flexibility for weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime.
As a Retail Supervisor, you provide consistently high customer experiences according to PUMA Brand Values and service standards. You support recruitment, training, development, and succession for results-driven employees. The position focuses on sales goals, KPIs, profitability, payroll control, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver customer experiences aligned with PUMA service standards
Support sales, KPI, and profitability goal achievement
Assist employee recruitment, training, development, and succession
Control payroll and create service-driven schedules
Manage inventory counts, shrink goals, and merchandise processing
Requirements:
One to two years in customer-focused retail
Apparel or footwear retail experience preferred
Proven ability to exceed sales goals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 30 pounds
Bring retail supervision, sales performance, customer service, and team development skills to PUMA’s store operations.
