Basketball Game Operations Lead

Lead basketball game operations for Brodie League in Vancouver, Richmond, or Burnaby, managing crews, technology, and full game-night execution.
As a permanent part-time Game Day Lead, you run the floor while supporting the League Manager’s priorities. You will coordinate setup, streaming, staffing, check-in, timing, and closeout reporting. The role includes coaching Game Day Operators, Referees, Athlete Highlight Specialists, and media staff while maintaining the Brodie Standard. When the League Manager is off-site, you lead league-night operations and support drop-in athlete conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and break down gyms according to site maps
Verify BallerTV streams remain live across every court
Assign staff roles, rotations, and venue coverage
Coach crew performance and document recurring issues
Complete scoresheets, verification, hours, and nightly reports
Requirements:
At least one year leading or supervising people
Comfort with cameras, laptops, Wi-Fi, and streaming applications
Calm, direct communication under pressure
Availability for full game nights, including weekends
Basketball experience and reliable transportation
Bring basketball operations, crew leadership, and troubleshooting skills to deliver consistent Brodie League game nights.
