Canada Post is recruiting temporary on-call relief Rural and Suburban Mail Carriers for various communities. This work combines independent route delivery with sorting, collecting, and securing mail items. Candidates must maintain local infrastructure knowledge, process CPC products, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire knowledge of local roads and delivery locations
Sort, collect, and deliver mail in varied conditions
Safely secure mail items throughout assigned routes
Process Change of Address Notification and other products
Wear visible Canada Post identification during delivery
Requirements:
Dependable, organized approach to independent delivery work
Valid permanent provincial driver’s license, Class 5 or G
Satisfactory safe driving record with driver’s abstract
Vehicle minimum cargo capacity of 100 cubic feet
Metal roof-top and accessory power outlet required
Support Canada Post customers through organized route delivery, secure mail handling, and reliable vehicle operation across Saskatoon.
