Human Resources Information Systems Intern

Support HRIS reporting and data integrity at Celestica in Toronto, working within a 16 month internship for IT-focused students.
The Human Resources Information Systems Intern supports the IT and HR team under close supervision. You will maintain HR IT initiatives, support HRIS data and reporting, and work with global sites. This internship suits students interested in both human resources and information technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Support corporate, global, and site HR IT representatives
Provide HRIS data and reporting support
Modify existing reports and create new reports
Work with sites to maintain data integrity
Run and deliver reports as needed
Requirements:
Current enrollment in a university or college internship program
Completion of third year in an IT-related program
Knowledge of HR or talent solutions
Basic technical knowledge of SAP HR
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency
Develop HRIS, reporting, SAP HR, and data integrity experience through Celestica's Toronto internship program.
