Lids Sports Group Sales Keyholder

Drive Lids customer service and sales as a 3rd Key, using clear communication and product expertise throughout the retail store.
As a 3rd Key, you support retail sales by helping customers select licensed headwear and apparel matching team pride and personal style. You maintain product presentations, pursue individual statistics, and uphold LIDS Retail standards. The position also supports inventory and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve revenue growth through customer service
Meet or exceed individual company statistics
Maintain visual standards, signage, and store cleanliness
Process shipments and reset merchandise
Protect company assets under LIDS Retail policies
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills and professional verbal communication
Ability to operate computer and mobile Point-of-Sale systems
Ability to stand constantly throughout shifts
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Bring customer service, product knowledge, and retail communication skills to the Lids Sports Group 3rd Key team.
