As a member and client experience advisory agent, you advise on banking transactions, Desjardins products, services, and distribution channels. You identify opportunities, refer specialized needs, and support financial empowerment. Your work includes digital adoption, transaction assistance, fraud referrals, and cooperative values.
Key Responsibilities:

Explain technological tools and applications for independent transactions
Support banking transactions and resolve arising issues
Promote Desjardins products, services, and distribution channels
Identify opportunities and refer specialized needs to colleagues
Assist with fraud or irregularities and appropriate referrals
Requirements:

High school diploma in a related field
Minimum two years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Ability to follow compliance, security, and risk rules
Technology skills for advising on digital solutions
Bring customer focus, banking transaction support, and digital guidance to Desjardins members and clients onsite.
