Kindergarten Early Learning Educator

Shape enriched early learning programs as an Early Childhood Educator with RCDSB’s kindergarten team in Palmer Rapids. Work 35 hours weekly in a full-time assignment.
This Early Childhood Educator supports the Full Day Early Learning Kindergarten Program at Palmer Rapids Public School. You will collaborate with kindergarten teachers, other educators, parents, school staff, and community groups. Your work addresses children’s abilities, interests, talents, and individual learning pace.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teachers and parents to implement kindergarten programming
Design and enhance opportunities for early learning development
Document progress through journals, observations, tools, and portfolios
Communicate with families and attend team meetings when appropriate
Recognize and respect individual differences among children
Requirements:
Early Childhood Education Diploma with two years related experience
College of Early Childhood Educators registration in good standing
Demonstrated early learning program design and implementation experience
Ability to work successfully in a team environment
Strong communication, organization, and time-management abilities
